A semi-finished paste also containing powdered cream that can be added to a white base mix to create a gelato with the full and characteristic flavour of pannacotta, a typically Italian dessert. It can be also used with semifreddi, and is perfect when variegated with other flavours, such as Caramel, Macedonia Siciliana, Milkmou, Wild Strawberries, Blueberry, Wild Berries, and more according to the gelato makers’ imagination.
